Order Timeframes

We try to design, print, frame and dispatch orders as fast as possible! Please allow 2 - 5 days for your print to be designed and another 1 - 2 days for delivery.

Hours

We process orders Monday - Saturday. Standard Shipping is Monday - Friday delivery. Most email/messages are replied to outside of standard business hours. (after 5pm).

Delivery Information

Flat Rate Shipping

$8.99 Flat Rate Shipping for prints (portraits). With a local delivery discount available in select areas.

$5.00 Flat Rate Shipping for smaller items (magnets, keychains, etc).

Express Delivery

Once shipped, NZ Post has a target of next day delivery.

Please allow additional time for rural or South Island deliveries.

Shipping Destinations

Orders can be shipped within New Zealand. International shipping is currently unavailable. Pickups are not currently available.

Tracking Details

Standard shipping is tracked via NZ Post. You will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been packaged for shipping.

Damaged Items?

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and the print. Get in touch with us over social media or email (hello@pawesomeprints.co.nz) and we'll get your purchase looking as good as new as soon as possible!
