Ordering for Christmas?

Cut-off Dates

Order Timeframes

We try to design, print, frame and dispatch orders as fast as possible!

Please allow 2 - 5 days for your print to be designed and another 1 - 2 days for delivery....

Hours

We process orders Monday - Saturday. Standard Shipping is Monday - Friday delivery.

Most email/messages are replied to outside of standard business hours. (after 5pm).

End of Year Deliveries

Order before December 14th to avoid disappointment!

All orders placed by 14/12/2025 will be shipped in time for Christmas!

Other orders will still be processed up until 22/12/2025, but we cannot guarantee they will ship in time for delivery before Christmas.

If you have received a tracking number for your order. If it is collected by the courier by 22/12/2025, it should be delivered in for Christmas. Please refer to the NZ Post website for more information.

Delivery Information

Flat Rate Shipping

$8.99 Flat Rate Shipping for prints (portraits). With a local delivery discount available in select areas.

$5.00 Flat Rate Shipping for smaller items (magnets, keychains, etc).

Express Delivery

Once shipped, NZ Post has a target of next day delivery.

Please allow additional time for rural or South Island deliveries.

Shipping Destinations

Orders can be shipped within New Zealand. International shipping is currently unavailable. Pickups are not currently available.

Tracking Details

Standard shipping is tracked via NZ Post. You will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been packaged for shipping.

Damaged Items?

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and the print. Get in touch with us over social media or email (hello@pawesomeprints.co.nz) and we'll get your purchase looking as good as new as soon as possible!
