Terms and Conditions for Image Upload and Usage

By uploading images or photographs to Pawesome Prints ("we," "us," or "our") and/or using our services, you ("the User") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Grant of License
By uploading any images, photographs, or artwork ("Content") to our platform, you grant Pawesome Prints a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and publicly display the Content for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, advertisements, websites, and other marketing materials.
User Representations
By uploading Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the Content or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload and share the Content.
- The Content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
- The Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Attribution
We may, but are not obligated to, provide attribution or credit for the Content when used for promotional purposes. If you wish to be credited, please ensure that such details are provided upon upload.
Modifications to the Content
We reserve the right to modify, edit, or adapt the Content in a manner necessary for promotional use, provided that such modifications do not alter the nature of the original work.
Termination of Use
You may request the removal of your Content from our promotional materials at any time by contacting us at hello@pawesomeprints.co.nz. However, removal requests will not apply retroactively to promotional materials already in use.
No Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation for the use of your Content as described in these terms and conditions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawesome Prints from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the use of the Content, including any breach of these terms.

Contest Terms and Conditions

Pawesome Prints 3D Pet Magnet Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older only.

2. Entry Requirements:

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

Like the competition Instagram post announcing the giveaway on @pawesomeprintsnz.
Tag at least one other account in the comments section of the competition post.
Follow the Instagram page @pawesomeprintsnz.

Entries that do not fulfil all three requirements will be disqualified. Eligibility will be checked at the time of the draw.

3. Prize:

The prize is one (1) full-colour 3D pet magnet, as pictured in the giveaway post. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Draw Date & Winner Announcement:

The draw will take place on March 22nd, 2025.
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on the @pawesomeprintsnz Instagram page.

5. Winner Notification:

The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.

6. General Conditions:

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Pawesome Prints reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by Pawesome Prints regarding this giveaway are final and binding.

7. Privacy:

Any personal information collected from participants during the duration of the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway.

Monochromatic Print Instagram Giveaway - November 2024

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: To enter this giveaway, you must be an Instagram user following @pawesomeprintsnz at the time of the prize draw and a resident of New Zealand.

Post/Story Requirement: You must share a post or story containing a photo of your pet on Instagram. @pawesomeprintsnz must be tagged in this post or story.

Drawing: Entries made between 18th November (10:30 AM NZST) and 24th November (12 PM NZST) will be accepted. The draw will be made some time on November 24th 2024. Winner will be notified via Instagram DM and announced on the @pawesomeprintsnz Instagram page.

Winner Selection: Pawesome Prints reserves the right to determine eligibility and winner selection.

Winning Conditions

The winner of this giveaway will receive a digital voucher which can be redeemed on www.pawesomeprints.co.nz .

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents, sold, gifted, or transferred.

You must agree to the use of any images supplied by Pawesome Prints for the design of your monochromatic print and also agree to have those images used as marketing and promotional materials by Pawesome Prints indefinitely.

General Terms

By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you are personally connected to Pawesome Prints.

You release and hold harmless Pawesome Prints from any claims or damages related to the use of your entry.

Your entry is void where prohibited, restricted or not allowed.

Pawesome Prints reserves the rights to cancel, extend or delay this competition indefinitely.
