Payments
We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal and Afterpay. Cash payment and NZ bank deposits are not available. Afterpay sales will incur a 6% transaction fee to cover the cost of offering this payment service. There are no transaction fees for paying via credit/debit card.
Shipping
Orders can be shipped within New Zealand. International shipping is currently unavailable.
As each image is unique, your order may take a few days to prepare. Orders that are ready for shipping are shipped on weekdays via New Zealand Post where possible. In exceptional circumstances we may use another provider. If this occurs, you will be advised of this via email.
Tracking information will be emailed to you if it is available for your order.
If you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped, but it has not been delivered within 10 business days of being shipped, please contact us at hello@pawesomeprints.co.nz with your order details.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take photos of both the packaging and the contents and contact us at hello@pawesomeprints.co.nz.
Pickups are not currently available.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us at hello@pawesomeprints.co.nz if your order has not shipped yet. If the order has been shipped, please use the redirect function provided by New Zealand Post.
